Offer of Refund to Subscribers to Fair Game (US Edition)

This is a message to all subscribers to Fair Game (US Edition).
Due to organizational difficulties encountered with our US operation we have, regretfully, decided to suspend the publication of Fair Game magazine in North America until further notice.
As we are unclear as to when we will re-commence the publishing of Fair Game magazine in North America we intend to reimburse all subscribers for the unfulfilled element of their current subscription.
Our delay in making this offer is because it has taken us a while to take control of the domain name: www.fairgamemag.com.
The last issue of Fair Game (US) which was published was issue number 15 and we will refund the amount paid for issues which were not received, subsequent to issue 15.
To claim your refund CLICK HERE to download the 2-page Fair Game (US) Subscription Refund Application Form. Please complete this form, ensuring that you sign and date it, and return it by mail to the address on the form no later than February 28th, 2010. Do not send this information by email or over the internet as this is not a secure means of sending such confidential information.
Unfortunately, as a UK-based company we are unable to issue checks which can be cashed in US or Canadian dollars in a US or Canadian bank.
However, we can make refunds via a PayPal account which is free to set up at www.paypal.com. Alternatively, if you supply us with the details of the credit card you used to purchase your subscription to Fair Game magazine we can refund the amount due to you directly to your credit card. Please note, we can only make refunds to the credit card you used to purchase your subscription. If you no longer own this card, or you are unsure which credit card you used to purchase your subscription to Fair Game magazine please select the PayPal option to receive your refund.
